5. Cancellation of Online Program/Membership

You can cancel your online program at any time by canceling your Kartra membership. To cancel your Kartra membership, log in, click your profile avatar in the top right of the screen, select "Billing" from the dropdown, and then click "Cancel" on your current plan to follow the on-screen prompts. After cancellation, you will still maintain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle, and the cancellation will stop future charges.

6. Refund Policy

Although we are confident that you will benefit immensely from our holistic nutritional programs, we offer a 7-day, partial money-back guarantee for your purchase of any of our holistic nutritional programs, including the Sledgehammer Nutritional Detox protocol, the Natural GLP-1 Weight Loss/Anti-aging program, and the Comprehensive Holistic Recovery protocol. We want you to feel confident in your decision to enroll, and this policy gives you a full week from your purchase date to explore the course content. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within seven (7) calendar days of your original purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed for the full purchase price, less a 10% processing fee. This fee covers our administrative and transaction costs and ensures we can continue to provide high-quality course material. To initiate a partial refund request, please send an email to our support team at info@trusty-health.com with the subject line "Partial Refund Request for [Your Course Name]." Please include your full name and the email address used for enrollment.

Upon receiving your request and verifying that it falls within the 7-day window, your access to the course will be revoked. The partial refund will then be processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that partial refunds will not be issued for requests received after the 7-day period.

7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall TrustyHealth, PC, any of our affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the website or the information contained on this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
